TRAVEL CHARGES

I use Mapquest.com to calculate miles (round trip) from your home to mine.

0-10 miles: FREE
11-15: $1.00 per visit
16-20: $2.00 per visit
21-25: $3.00 per visit
26-30: $4.00 per visit
30-35: $5.00 per visit
36-40: $6.00 per visit

HOLIDAYS

Extra: $10 per day

REFERRALS

Collect a $10.00 credit for every referral
(Every referral that books service with me earns $10.00 to your account)

INITIAL BOOKING CONSULTATION

At this visit we can complete the necessary paperwork, answer questions, transfer keys, and tour your home while discussing detailed instructions on how to care for your pets. This required meeting will be scheduled at least 48 hours prior to service.

I provide supervised feedings, walks (if desired) and play. Most dogs will require 2-3 regular visits per day. Cats and birds are best with 1-2 visits per day.

No extra charge for feeding fish and small aquarium pets with paid visit. Small birds, rabbits and hamsters sharing a single cage count as "one pet".

IMPORTANT TERMS

Payment is due before service starts. Cash, check and PayPal accepted.

A separate signed & completed Service Request is also due for each service before service begins. I will e-mail you all the necessary paperwork to your home so it can be filled out prior to our initial consultation.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Holidays: Payment in full is charged (no refunds)
0-48 Hrs: Payment in full is charged (no refunds)
2-7 Days: 20% of Service total is due (80% refund)
8+ Days: No charge, full refund
